 STATEMENT OF MISSION

 The programmes of the College of Business and Continuing Education emphasize personal integrity and professional ethics based on the Christian philosophy of faith and learning that guides the institution. The standard of academic achievement required along with the selection of courses will enable the graduates to enter defined career paths with confidence, and to succeed and thrive in them or in graduate studies. 

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE COLLEGE 

1. Fulfilling the mission statement of the University, specifically in the area of business and management.
2. Providing a conceptual, technical, and liberal education programme that is essential for career advancement.
3. Providing students – undergraduate and graduate – with the variety of skills necessary to succeed the complex, uncertain and changes world of the 21^st century
4. Becoming primarily a teaching University, with emphasis on promoting market-driven programmes and research within our areas of expertise that are in keeping with the Seventh-day Adventist church mission, as well as playing its part in the community at large.
5. Integrating uniquely, the ethical moral and social dimensions of business and management issues, and teaching Northern Caribbean University students how to make the world a better place.
